General Description:

Site manager will be accountable and responsible for all Role Player operations, supervision of Lead Role Players, Role Players, and ensure internal contractor accountability for all Government Provided Equipment. Site Manager shall ensure all contractor employees remain current with additional or continuous training as needed or required to support the mission.

Major Duties:
The Site Manager will serve as the single point of contact with the Government and will have the authority to act or make decisions for the contractor on all matters pertaining to this requirement. Shall be physically present during active FTX hours of operation from 0830-1630 to conduct overall management, coordination, and liaison responsibilities with the Government during MOS Specialized Training. The Site Manger shall ensure the following requirements are met for the RPSS: Overall responsibility to the COR for contract compliance and overall performance of Role-players. Supervise members of the Role Player Management Organization. Supervise Role Players' activities; ensuring that they are properly attired, always equipped and remain in character during the law enforcement training and FTX. Coordinate daily while onsite with the Course Manager to ensure that Role Players meet training requirements. Assign individuals to fill training requirements. Serve as a Timekeeper. Track actual hours worked by each person. Monitor each person's scheduled hours. Maintains accountability of Role Players and reports hours worked. Act as Lead Role Player to supplement duties of required number of Lead Role Players. Site Manager shall ensure sufficient management is present during MOS Specialty Training, PE and FTX exercising to ensure good order, and discipline is maintained. Responsible for participating in a planning session the day prior to the execution of each training event, as identified. This planning session will be between the Site Manager and the Course Manager. Abide by all installation security regulations. Be able to work outside in all climates (heat, cold, rain, etc). Withstand long periods of standing, walking, and replicating normal business/general tasks that occur in theater environments and conditions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:
Must be US citizen. High School diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) Must meet the state's REAL ID license requirements Individual must possess a minimum of five (5) years of leadership/supervisory experience, with at least three (3) years' experience as a lead role player/site manager supporting military training exercises.
