In your role, you will: Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules Manage the implementation of interior modification products from concept to launch Maintain close communication with Sales, Engineering, Product Development, Program Management & Marketing for continuous maintenance and development of our interior product roadmap and portfolio. Review products for market pricing trends Research new products/concepts to continuously improve our product portfolio and adhere to our roadmap Work with vendors to improve relationships and product partnerships Monitor product sales Assist in defining, implementing and continuous improvement of the product development processes Ensure products are consistently created and maintained in Pivotal Work with Sales & Marketing to relay important product information
Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate, Bachelors Degree in Aviation, related field or equivalent work experience Previous experience working in a customer service oriented environment Previous experience with interior modifications, paint, refurbishment and maintenance modifications and/or products Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting Skilled in researching methods for obtaining technical information and marketing analysis' Working knowledge of interior modifications, refurbishment and maintenance and other technical documents Working knowledge of interior modifications, refurbishment and maintenance as it relates to aircraft maintenance and modification programs Working knowledge of customer maintenance programs, procedures and instructions Working knowledge of Chapter 5 Computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, email, web-based applications and operations specific software Skilled in developing and explaining technical interior modifications, refurbishment and maintenance concepts Working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations for example, part 91, 121, 135 and 145 and other certification requirements Interpersonal skills necessary to interface, establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, management, vendors and customers Ability to articulate product benefits and interfacing with Customers and employees Bombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
