. This position will not be a new creation but rather one within the Sales & Marketing Department that has been repurposed to meet business requirements. Due to the retirement of Wendy van Elden at the end of September, and the repurposing of the role, we would want to use this position to fill with the recruitment for a Telesales Manager.
This position is a Target bearing position with a billing to the value of more than R39m+ (target 2022) in new sales. This manager will also be responsible to manage a team of agent. The current team comprises of 21 agents with a few more vacancy's to be filled.
Mellony and I would want the successful candidate to be recruited and appointed before the end of the contract term of the current manger (Dec 2022). It is crucial that a proper handover is done during Q4 2022 to ensure that the manager is set up with the necessary LN IP to be able to start 2023 in full capacity.
