The qualified candidate will be employed by LNLP and work fully remotely on projects associated with LNLP's print and on-line products. The qualified candidate will also assist with indexing Native American Tribal Codes.
The successful candidate should have: College degree or equivalent experienceBackground in indexing, taxonomies, or library and information scienceSome familiarity with Native American LawAbility to anticipate customers' needs when searching for informationStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Motivation to learn and grow in the publishing worldJob description:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with members of the Indexing team. The position is designed to provide current, accurate, and comprehensive indexes to help customers quickly find information they seek.
The successful candidate will:Write, edit, and review indexesBuild knowledge of legal concepts to continually improve finding aidsWork with diverse groups of internal and external customersManage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline driven production environmentThe salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range.Salary Range: 15,600.00USD - 26,100.00USD
