Purpose of the roleWork with key holders to optimize the commission process, automating where possibleTrack and report on commissionable sales performanceAssist in formulating annual commissionable targets in line with LN growth objectivesAct as key point of contact in responding to commission-related queriesAd-hoc support on the delivery of month end Sales Performance reportsKey result areas
