Title:
LCV EUCOM NW Poland: HSE Specialist

Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department safety. Creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE. Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations. Determines requisite for and organizes audits of company operated properties. Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards. Assists in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics. Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field. Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Additional requirements:Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writingMust be able to travel to and work in austere environmentsMust be able to be medically fit for duty based on contractual requirementsMust possess passport with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remainingMust be able to obtain a Polish Work VisaMust possess driver's license with at least 6 months of remaining validity from the country/state of residencyPrior experience working on overseas U.S. military facilities/installationsIn compliance with the U.S. federal government's vaccine mandate, only candidates who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a reasonable accommodation or approved medical exception will be considered for this position.
