Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Perform various functions in support of branch operations and assist clients with new accounts, branch services and account transactions.
Essential Functions: With or without reasonable accommodation must be able to perform all essential job functions as described below.
Assist clients with account transactions and inquiries, wire transfer requests and related currency or account transactions. Includes maintaining and balancing a cash drawer.
Perform various certifications.
Open, update and close consumer checking and savings accounts and safe deposit boxes.
Interview clients to assess their needs and describe the features and benefits of appropriate products and services, including those offered by third-party partners. Discuss and quote deposit and loan rates. Refer clients to other loan and banking product partners, such as mortgage, investment, cash management and merchant services.
Assist clients with on-line consumer VISA card applications and the completion of fraudulent activity dispute forms.
