Job Title: Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Logistics Analyst, Senior

This role performs work on site, in Crane, Indiana 5 days per week. No remote delivery options.

We are looking for a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Logistics Analyst, Senior to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:Provide ongoing maintenance planning activities and technical and maintenance support for the identification of opportunities to increase the reliability of equipment assetsKnowledge and experience using schematics, test equipment, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, digital thermometers, pressure meters, data loggers and other reliability toolsPerform analysis of reliability requirements and goals, construct models, and analyze product design and maintenance for reliability and performance for the EA-18G, P-8A, and related EW systems in support of the AEAFSTResponsible for utilizing current NALCOMIS and other analytics tools for trending and analyzing RCM data, performing risk analysis, creating reports to management and planning & scheduling required maintenanceAnalyze Fleet Aviation Maintenance Material Management (AV-3M) and Depot Repair DataReview data trends and perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis to determine optimal preventative maintenance including optimal maintenance intervals and techniquesConduct daily communications with all stake holders to review production and set goals to meet established objectivesReview draft documents for clear descriptions, format consistency, & propose technical revisions where requiredRequired Education:High school/vocational school degree or GED certificateRequired Experience: Fifteen (15) years professional experience in integrated logistics supportFleet experienceDesired Experience:NAVAIR RCM Level I and II training helpful/preferred Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
