Job Title: Program Analyst, Junior/ Journeyman (Operational Support)

We are seeking a Program Analyst, Junior/Journeyman (Operations and Support) to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:Performs Operational Support tasks for the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) DivisionAudits available data, identifies deficiencies, manages data, researches data sources for program supportability data and submits findings to the GovernmentProvide assistance in planning and organizing a project and its resourcesProvides logistics and Project Management support on developing plansAssist Government in answering data calls Provides program support through participation and attendance at program meetings and reviews in support of AEA program effortsAudits available data, identifies deficiencies, manages data, researches data sources for program supportability data and submits findings to the GovernmentConsolidation, assessment, tracking and monitoring of funding sources and expenditures, and preparation of reportsResearches, develops, coordinates and implements development plans and schedules as they relate to Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Systems Division to ensure customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet tasking objectivesUse excellent communication skills; inter-personal; organizational, analytical, and detail-orientedPerform detail-oriented workThrive in a deadline-driven environmentPrioritize and manage multiple assignmentsExpert knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Microsoft Project) including word-processing, presentation, and spreadsheet and integrated software applicationsRequired Education:Junior: Bachelor's Degree; ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: two (2) years of relevant work experience Journeyman: Bachelor's Degree: ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: two (2) years of relevant work experience Required Experience:Junior: Two (2) years of professional work experience Journeyman: Seven (7) years of professional work experience Desired Experience:Experience with N-ERP, SWMS, SharePoint, PERMIS, and BIS Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
