Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Training and Development Specialist Journeyman for our customer in Orlando, Florida

Duties:Interface with Rating Coordinators (RCs) from other related communities (i.e., Aviation Electricians Mate (AE), Personnel Rating (PR)Analysis of the Aviation Metalsmith's Rating (AME) from A School through accession level C schoolLead reviewer of AME Content Conversion Lesson Design Strategy (LDS), Storyboards (SSB)s, On-Screen Lessons (OSLs)Analysis of stakeholder reviews to determine if requested changes are within the scope of the contractMaintain and communicate a holistic design vision for all three training paths by interfacing with assigned Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) during given reviewsMaintain and communicate a working knowledge of data sets and media recommendations as well as gap Learning Objective (LO) determinations for AMEExecute data calls within short-fused situationsCommunicate and collaborate with the ATPOC and TPOC on AME requirementsRequired Education:BA or BS in any discipline. Master's degree preferredRequired Experience:Must have approximately 5 or more years of experience with human behavior studiesMust have 3 or more years of experience in DoD training, especially Navy training.Experience with enhancing training, especially for military membersExperience working in Modernize E-Leading Development (MELD)Working knowledge of the AME ratingExperience working to tight turn around schedulesExcellent communication skillsDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
