Functional Management Oversight (Functional Oversight Manager)
Location:Omaha, NE and Colorado Springs, CO
At least 10 years of experience in the following:
NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures, and specialized experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations, to include current efforts in developing survivable and endurable
NC2/NC3 capabilities. Areas may include:
SMCC Platform (E4, E6, MCCC) Strategic Communications (SACCS, SATCOM, MILSTAR, AEHF, etc.) Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively Strong technical and analytical skills Ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument Understands the interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization is desired US Citizen with TS and SCI eligible
