Earned Value Program Analyst (Advanced)

Description:
JRC is looking for an Earned Value Program Analyst (Advanced). The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Related Field and 10 years’ experience; or MA/MS in Related Field and 7 years’ experience; both including 5 years’ experience on DoD Acquisition Programs, and to perform effectively in supporting a Federal Acquisition program(s) as an Earned Value Program Analyst (Advanced) overseeing the key duties as listed below.
Key Duties:
• Certified as a PMP; EVP; or similar industry certifications; prior DAWIA Level III Program or Financial Management Certification, or equivalent training.
• Capable of serving as a Earned Value and IBR team lead and executing tasks associated with integration of cost and schedule metrics, baseline reviews, funding integration, and/or schedule analysis for complex weapon systems. Has more than seven years specialized related knowledge.
• Capable of supporting a major DoD program as an senior program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance monthly/weekly reporting and recommendations; includes 7 years' experience in a DoD or Industry program management and integration environment providing strategic level analysis, communications, and staff coordination
• Able to lead or conduct complex studies and quantitative analysis, and present results and recommendations.
• Able to lead the review, summarization, and implementation of financial management policies and guidance, minimum of 5 years of EVM Policy experience.
• Possesses high levels of communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal skills, organizational, teamwork, and presentation skills for complex financial topics.
• Capable of working independently to review, process, and formulate programmatic products
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Related Field and 10 years’ experience; or MA/MS in Related Field and 7 years’ experience; both including 5 years’ experience on DoD Acquisition Programs.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
