Description:
JRC is looking for a Schedule Analyst (Advanced). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ direct experience related to scheduling and planning, to include advanced knowledge and experience with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project Server/Primavera/Open Plan) and perform effectively as a Schedule Analyst (Advanced) supporting a Federal Acquisition program(s) and to perform effectively in the key duties listed below.
Key Duties:
• Must have an extensive understanding and experience in application of all scheduling methodologies
• Ability to update, maintain, and report on multiple project schedules
• Advanced-level ability to utilize various schedule software tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, Open Plan) to create schedules and perform schedule analytics, trend analysis, and risk assessments
• Experienced in advising and supporting leadership development of internal scheduling policies and managing battle rhythms for analysis and reporting
• Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
• Ability to collaborate with all levels across projects to extrapolate critical information for schedule
development, maintenance, and analysis
• Ability to teach/train basic and intermediate level schedulers on scheduling techniques and industry best practices
• Ability to develop expert level analysis presentations based on program structure and execution and present results to senior leadership
• Ability to support/brief senior level meetings, conduct “what if” analysis, and support special projects as required
• Must possess high levels of interpersonal skills, organization, and presentation skills
• Ability to think critically, perform analysis, and possess high communication skills (written and spoken)
Requirements:
BA/BS in related field with 10 years relevant experience; MA/MS, PMP or PMI-SP certification may substitute for 3 years of experience
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
