Responsibilities

Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.

The senior Information Technology Project Manager (PM) will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this effort. He/She will be empowered and responsible for CFBLNet contractor activities and to make program and project-level decisions and commit company resources to execute courses of action. The IT PM will oversee the full range of CFBLNet Design, Transition, and Operation (DTO) capabilities in support of MPCO, MPE and other NATO, coalition, MP and US initiatives. This will include certification and accreditation of the entire CFBLNet architecture, day-to-day operational support, logistics, cyber security, and network management.

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum fifteen (15) years in support of IT Program Operations in commercial, Federal, or DoD. Of the 15 years, a minimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience directly related to major DoD network operational transition and management activities. Experience/past support is required in the areas of Network Operations (NetOps) Command and Control (C2), intelligence/multinational systems and networks, requirements development, technology assessments, process development and improvement, policy and requirements analysis, and IT services procurement for large-scale USG acquisition programs, budget planning and execution. Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Systems Management or related field. (Masters Preferred) Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification as accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17024 (Project Management Institute (PMI)) or as Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III in Program Management, within 270 days of onboarding to this task order Level II minimum certifications in accordance with DoD Directive 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management, DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program Certifications (e.g. Security +; CISSP, ect.)
