GovCIO has a contingent opening for a highly-organized and skilled Senior Project Analyst to assist in our mission-driven work processes team on a very large Health services contract. This is a vital coordination component around which program administration revolves.
Responsibilities: Assisting project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative tasks as needed Reviewing project management plans for feasibility and making recommendations for improvement Working with various teams throughout the organization to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about project status at all times Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to gather information about their needs and expectations regarding projects Preparing reports on project status and key activities to communicate with project sponsors or other stakeholders Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all materials needed for projects are available in a timely manner Developing a schedule for the entire team working on a project, including contractors and subcontractors Recommending solutions to potential problems before they arise Qualifications for Project Manager 5 years of work process and related experience Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Desired: Experience in managing work processes within this customer space.
