Buckeye Partners is currently seeking an IT PMO Project Coordinator with good knowledge in Information Technology Project Coordination and stakeholder Management in the Oil & Gas Industry to join our team!

Role Summary:

The IT PMO Project Coordinator provides support to the project management Office in aligning and execution and project requirements.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:Assist the Project teams and department personnel to manage multiple projects, activities, and associated resources.Consult with project staff to outline work plan.Provide project support by developing, maintaining, and reporting on project progress.Produce any required schedule analysis for those projects and/or deliverables, as required.Distribution of monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals, and general documentation requirements.Liaison with managers and leadership team to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.Assist in the development and the maintenance of all forms, work instructions and processes.Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and subcontractors.Organize and maintain all published critical project data as per PMO processAssist in ensuring close-out of projects.Ensures that the project maintains complete and concise communications.Lead and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.Provide administrative support to the CIO and his leadership team as needed.Undertake project tasks as required.Develop project execution Plan & strategiesPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.Three years of experience in a Project Coordination.Minimum two (2) to five (5) years of project support and planning/scheduling experience.Minimum of Three years' experience in Oil & GasExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications including Project, SharePoint.Knowledge of file management, Documents Controls.Working knowledge of Project financials and budget ManagementAbility to work within tight deadlines.Certificates & Licenses:NAOther Skills, Attributes and Abilities:This position requires comprehensive technical, communication, and management skills, and abilities to oversee daily operations and ensure that service level agreements and performance requirements are met.This job includes frequent interaction with a wide range of personnel, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).Requires excellent program and project management skills (eg, estimating, work planning, project reporting and tracking, issue management).Essential Functions:This position requires the ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or/quantitative productivity standards.This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.This position requires compliance with all personnel policies.Physical & Safety Requirements:The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.This role continuously operates a computer and other office productivity equipment (i.e. a calculator, copy machine and computer printer).About You:
