Job Description:

Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment and want to support business and financial management efforts to TEAM Submarine for Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC. Patrona Corporation is a DoD federal contractor providing program management, engineering, strategic and operational planning, quality assurance, financial management, and administrative support services.

Security Clearance
Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
Education and Experience Requirements
Experience with/on U.S. Navy Ships, whether U.S. Navy active duty, government civilian, or contractor for Surface Ships or Submarines is desired.Technical writing experience is desired. Associates Degree or higher preferred.Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in Budget, Finance, or related field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the development of briefing materials, issue papers, point papers and ad hoc reports.Assist in the development of draft budget exhibits in accordance with Financial Management Regulations (FMR) and supporting documentation used to support annual submissions to Office of Budget (FMB), DoD, and Congress.Assist in the development and maintenance of briefings and materials to support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget submissions and program milestone reviews.Assist in the development draft program budget planning, programming, and execution documentation and data required for periodic data calls.Presents plans, recommendations, analyses, and other advice within a broad functional area to customers, site managers, and all employee levels within the project.
