A. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
The Training Coordinator reports to the Maintenance Training Office Supervisor.
B. BASIC FUNCTION
Reviewing and updating training records, and providing assistance in accessing training information.
C. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Input training data and maintain the computerized training records system.
2. Maintain training records and provide assistance in accessing training information.
3. Maintain computer and hardcopy files, memos, reports, manuals, tests, etc.
4. Review recurrent training dates for expirations and report to training management.
5. Run employee new hire reports and assign required training using checklists.
6. Check for transfers and job code changes and adjust training requirements in the database as needed.
7. Submit requests for FAA mechanic certificate verifications, and add to records.
8. Enter mechanic’s certificates into the training database and assign airworthiness authorizations as applicable.
9. Process computer based training completions, inspection authorizations, customer training paperwork, and other training forms (as applicable).
10. Enter all completed training rosters, generate training certificates, and process/assign Company authorizations when applicable.
11. Enter on-the-job training documents into the computerized database, assign authorizations when applicable.
12. Perform any other additional duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor or training management.
