HII-Cyber & Electronic Warfare is looking to hire a hybrid Subject Matter expert (SME)/SecurityEngineer for their Annapolis Junction, MD office. This position supports the client that isheadquarteredat Ft Meade. MD. The mission is to provideservices and capabilitiesfor the client's Unified Cyber Situational Awareness. This position will provideSecurity accreditationservicesto maintain system ATOs.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Position supports a GovernmentCybersecurity organization with responsibility todefendone of the nation's critical operational networks and environments. The team develops analytics, tools and other cyber situationalawareness capabilities for the organization'sSecurity Operation center personnel. Participate in Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) Apply Network Defense Tools, Scripts, and Analytics Provide updatedto security documentation Maintainsecure system configuration for project infrastructure Maintaindocumentationrequired to maintain programsATOs.
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN topology, network protocols (TCP/IP, FTP, NFS, DNS, SSH and DHCP), switches and firewalls (Cisco and Juniper experience preferred). Experienceusing eMASS and developing SSPs and other security accreditationdocumentsin a DoD/DISA environment. Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
Experiencewith DISA and DoD Cyber missions Knowledge of RMF process Experience withAWS GovCloud security controls and requirements
