Job Summary

The Advanced Technology/Advanced Effectors mission area has needs both immediate and on the horizon for Program Cost Controls, Senior Finance Analysts to support Classified programs of varying size from $500K to $100M+. Our "front end of the business" mission area contains a portfolio of programs with new technologies, concepts and enablers supporting hypersonics, counter-hypersonics, and other technologies of tomorrow. The area has experienced significant growth over the last 5 years growing to $1B in annual bookings and is expected to continue for many years to come. Our programs are mostly engineering development progressing through various phases and product life cycles, tasked with delivering future franchise programs that transfer to production on the other product lines. This position is a growth opportunity to learn exciting new technologies while working on programs that will continue Raytheon's legacy as the premier provider of solutions to the warfighter.

The Financial Analyst will provide support to the program office and financial planning.  Tasks include working with bookings/backlog, maintenance of contract modifications, and compilation of forecasts/manpower, EACs in a development environment, earned value management and preparing presentations for Program Management reviews. The analyst will be involved in end-to-end program finance from NBI Gate 4's through contract closure with visibility to the mission area Director and CFO. You will also be interfacing directly with the customer, representing Raytheon Finance.

This position is being offered in an onsite capacity in Tucson, AZ based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

•Prepare weekly actuals report. Submit to stakeholders and update Latest Revised Estimates. Generate funding run-out dates and monitor program execution.

•Prepare invoices, submit to customer directly, watch receipts for monthly reporting.

•Submit CSS/CIT/RASD forms to GBSICMS for new contract modifications

•Generate program CDRLs including CFSRs, FEMR reports, IPMRs.

•Provide financial inputs for Program Reviews to end-customer

•Update RPLAN forecasting by program for BSEC and OPS Reviews

•Develop program EACs according to Raytheon Policy

•Earned Value Management reporting and analysis in ForProject

Qualifications You Must Have:

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related

•2 years' experience with finance reporting tools

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

•The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (Top Secret). U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
