The Systems Integration & Test Directorate is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Test Equipment & Environments Center (TE&EC). The position provides test processes, test set-ups and integration, test equipment design with transition to the factory as well as verification / validation of product hardware using proven test systems, methodologies and techniques.

You will be responsible to coordinate across all engineering teams to define, design, and document Test Environment capabilities and Requirements, as well as developmental test processes, test set-ups and integration, test equipment design with transition to the factory, and verification / validation of product hardware using proven test systems, methodologies and techniques.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or other engineering discipline.A minimum of two (2) years' experience in Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline with an emphasis in test requirements development, test planning, test techniques, test methodologies, test requirements documents, embedded test fundamentals, and integration, verification, and validation for test.Experience and familiarity with how to develop, decompose, and manage system requirements across a product lifecycle such as design and transition to production, including tools such as DOORSExperience in test related activities throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications we Value:
Advanced degree in one of the aforementioned disciplines. ABET accreditation preferred.Experience in developing Integrated Test and Evaluation Plans.Exposure in Model Based Engineering processes, techniques, and tools (Rhapsody and IBM Rational Manager preferred, with understanding of Unified Modeling Language (UML), and/or Systems Modeling Language (SysML).Working knowledge of Systems Engineering standard views such as Block Definition Diagrams, Context Diagrams, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and Flow Diagrams.Past experience with embedded test techniques, design for test, design margin analysis, and/or design for manufacturing.Experience with Agile processes and techniques.
