Job Title: IT Program Manager (Marketing)

Role Expectations:
Manage and coordinate interaction between multiple projects Creates and manages long-term program goals in support of corporate strategy Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle Develops a budget and operating plan for the program Manages the intake of new work and manages program requirements May manage multiple PMs/Sr. PMs/Scrum Masters Defines and promotes best practices for project management in the organization Manage programs with dependencies on external partners/vendors, including vendor sourcing & evaluations Facilitate resource planning across interdependent projects Maintain project status information in tracking systems and produce targeted updates for specific audiences as needed Capture, report and drive the resolution of project risks & issues, escalating as needed Required Skills:
8 - 10 years' experience with large-scale production systems and/or data platforms and/or high availability cloud-based applications. Experience leading large scale Marketing initiatives preferred Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices (Advanced) Understanding of software development life cycle models(Advanced) Oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals(Advanced) Industry/Business knowledge(Advanced) Project financials(Advanced) Proficiency in desktop productivity applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)(Advanced) #LI-BB1
