Job Description:

APA, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that has been providing Program Management, Training and Logistics Support services to the U.S. Navy for 5 years and is looking for an CDRL Manager to join our team in support of the LCS fleet.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience supporting USN/DoD contracting activities.
- Possess an understanding of organization and contents of the CDRL specific sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related agency specific regulations.
- Managing CDRL deliverables for a DoD system or ship procurement contract.
- Developing and overseeing CDRL documentation to include developing 1423 form and ensuring adherence to relevant Document Item Descriptions.
- Possess an understanding of DoD contract structures and ability to trace contractual requirements through all contract sections and documentation.
- Maintains contract files for procurement requests, funding documents, formal orders and contracts, and all official correspondence.
- Possess an understanding of Navy ILS and provisioning (shipbuilding experience is a plus).
- 5+ years of working-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project and SharePoint and ability to assemble information into draft presentations for management (GS13 equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Certified Data Management certification.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
