Job Description:

ARServices is seeking an Office Manager who will be responsible for supporting the operations of our Alexandria, VA satellite office. This worksite hosts a large team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's Research & Development directorate.

Principal Duties
Provide administrative support to the Program, such as: Track and distribute government-furnished equipment (GFE) Create and maintain program rosters, team kudos, and team innovations Provide administrative support to the Program Manager, including: Taking meeting notes and tracking action items Developing status briefings and reports Tracking program metrics and other data Assist with writing and updating SOPs for the program Support in execution of Quality Control Plan, including necessary documentation Support in the Risk Management Process, including updating risk register and organizing regular risk review meetings Answer mainline telephone calls Coordinate visitor access requests Serve as the Sharepoint Admin for the team's Sharepoint site Ensure administrative compliance for the program (tracking employee reviews, mandatory training requirements, etc.) Greet visitors and maintain visitor log Coordinate travel arrangements Maintain Information calendar Receive incoming mail and packages Maintain office and kitchen supplies Coordinate facilities actions with building management, and IT support with vendor Serve as the onsite POC for onboarding/offboarding, including: Processing I-9 documentation Conducing OCI Training and managing NDAs (audit, maintain tracker) Coordinate smooth offboarding for staff, such as closing out of equipment, badges, access cards, and development of Transition Guides
Requirements
Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance Bachelor's degree Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher) 3 or more years of experience providing administrative support Knowledge of administrative and management practices Excellent oral and written communication skills; customer service orientation Ability to set high performance standards for self, and assume responsibility for successfully completing assigned tasks Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
