Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the team remotely. The Business Analyst will support a cross-functional team applying federal finance regulations (e.g., OMB, FASB) to CFO operations improving business operations with a focus on process and data. Responsibilities:
Support PPBE processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions Support PPBE enabled business process diagrams Participate in design and solution sessions to optimize processes with a focus on financial data Analyze the PPBE data structure meets reporting objectives Identify and implement PPBE data quality improvements Assess report templates meeting operational demands Support the data improvement strategy and plans Author requirement and process documentation

Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Ability to provide specific examples of Federal PPBE, accounting, and/or financial management experience with a focus on operational reportingAbility to obtain and maintain an Agency Suitability clearance

Preferred:
Consulting on technology enabled Federal finance transformation Experience articulating Federal financial operational needs Proven KPI development and dashboard visualization skills Financial transaction lifecycles
