Job Description
This position reports to the Vice President of Billing and Compensation. The Payroll Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance with system implementation, payroll processing, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and collaborative team player. You must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities Ensure an accurate and timely payroll by analyzing data, ensuring proper system set-up, including pay, statutory and voluntary deductions Develop implementation and process improvement projects in Paycom to streamline and automate manual workflows Act as a key business partner with our HR and HRIS teams and our external service providers Manage payroll-related projects including year-end preparation, support for annual audits, create and maintain payroll documentation Manage and generate Payroll reports via report writers Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications BA/BS degree in Finance / Business / Accounting required Minimum of 5 years functional experience in Payroll Processing and knowledge of Paycom systems, FLSA, IRS and state rules Advanced Excel skills and report writing skills Ability to work as a team or independently as situation requires Must have strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments under tight deadlines with a calm manner Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including senior management Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Must have unquestionable integrity and the exceptional ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information Must be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands Must be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment Experience with SalesForce Be eligible to work in the United States.
