Current Need
A Pricing Analyst to join the team in Richmond, VA.


Position Description
This vital role is responsible for tactical management of customer value through price performance and supports the formation, maintenance, and curation of segment pricing strategies.

The Pricing Analyst builds and maintains pricing expertise in customer value, market factors and transaction levers. Through purposeful partnership, uses this expertise to assist in realization of the business strategy and objectives.
As a teammate, the analyst serves as a coach and mentor. She leverages skills and experiences to elevate the performance and success of peers.


Key Responsibilities

Principle pricing partner to sales teams.
Analyzes financial and non-financial impact of pricing levers.
Assist with primary/secondary pricing intelligence research.
Evaluates/develops/improves pricing infrastructure.
Maintains critical relationships with internal stakeholders.
Assists with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years combined pricing, finance and/or similar experience

Critical Skills

Advanced financial/analytical modeling experience; experience working with complex data
Pricing strategy/management experience
Experience communicating/presenting to all leadership levels
Advanced to expert Microsoft Excel
Intermediate to advanced SQL or equivalent

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Healthcare and/or Supply Chain experience
Excellent financial acumen; Demonstrated analytical intuition
Proven problem solver; Independent self-starter
Process management experience
Intellectual curiosity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience successful managing competing priorities and deadlines

Education
Bachelor preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience.

Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required
