Job Summary

This position will support the Regulatory Affairs Director of Threshold Management in connection with McKesson’s Controlled Substance Monitoring Program (CSMP). Position requires interaction with internal customers from the Regulatory Affairs team, as well as IT and other departments, on all matters relative to the program.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer purchasing trends of controlled substances
Assist the Director with project work related to controlled substances ordering limits, referred to as thresholds, and suspicious order monitoring requirements including reporting to federal and state agencies
Create dashboards and reports to assist the CSMP regulatory team with customer ordering and threshold related analyses
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to answer questions related to threshold management and suspicious order monitoring
Support IT and outside entities with data requests
Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of existing tools related to CSMP related data sets (e.g. threshold system information, suspicious order monitoring information, etc.) to assist the broader program team in their due diligence efforts
Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of existing tools related to CSMP related data sets to provide better program visibility for CSMP Senior Leadership
Assist with program documentation
Minimum Requirements

6+ years of relevant professional experience
0-2 years supervisory experience or equivalent experience
Critical Skills

3+ years of data manipulation experience
Advanced skills with SAP, Tableau dashboards and BW reporting
Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex logic and metrics
Additional Knowledge & Skills

Advanced programming skills in SQL, VBA, and Python
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (preferred)
People management and relationship building skills
Possess working knowledge of Federal and State governmental regulations pertaining to the diversion of controlled substances

Regulatory experience related to controlled substances
Education

Four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
