WR has a potential need for a Curriculum Developer that prepares supporting materials such as job aids, workbooks, manuals, and instructor guides.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Creates learning activities and course content to enhance knowledge retention and transfer based on specific direction. Assists in determining content sequence and creating content outlines and treatment approaches for written, and visual content. Supports identification and planning of appropriate instructional design strategies and objectives. Supports development of performance criteria and assessment strategies and instruments. Coordinates with instructional writers during preliminary project discussions to ensure appropriate content development.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
Bachelor Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Writing, or relevant field. Five (5+) years of experience developing curriculum in AIM CPM/LOM. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
