WR has a potential need for a Technical Lab Manager that evaluates components, assemblies, and test equipment with Quality Assurance (QA) tools to ensure compliance with requirements. Supports product integration and ensures that work is performed in accordance with industry best practices and Navy requirements.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides scheduling and installation support as necessary to effect modification, changes, or implementation of required engineering changes to systems and equipment. Assembly and integration of components to build individual tactical equivalent MPEs for lab use. This is a leadership and management role for a government laboratory. Maintains configuration management practices across variant systems.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or graduate of military schools which provided an in-depth knowledge of naval shipboard systems maintenance and operation. Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience performing work in support of production, integration, repair, troubleshooting, or maintenance of systems and equipment.
Active Secret Security Clearance required
