Shift: Mon - Fri 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM; Additional time and travel as required

How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

The Supplier Relationship Manger creates collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers and manages all supplier onboarding & lifecycle programs. This position develops, implements and monitors supplier segment strategies that drive cost savings/containment, reduce supply chain risks, and promotes innovation. The role is responsible for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Vendor Management, Responsible Sourcing programs (including Supplier Diversity, Sustainability, and Risk Management programs), Change Management, and other sourcing strategies and processes as outlined by department leadership ensuring alignment to corporate goals and objectives.

What you'll do:
Drive the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Program by establishing partnerships with existing and new suppliers. Represents LNH during regular interactions with internal and external senior leaders to assess performance against goals & objectives. Serves as the face of LNH to external partners. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment of strategics with business objectives and corporate vision. Develop and execute a multi-year SRM program roadmap. Prepare and provide executive summaries on program status and direction. Manage supplier onboarding & lifecycle programs, to include collection and analysis of financial supply chain, and quality information, as well as Risk Management Activities for critical suppliers. Establish rules and processes to assess supplier selection. Manage a supplier scorecard system. Identify and drive resolution of issues related to supplier performance and relationships.Manage a system of KPIs, metrics, SOPs, reporting mechanisms and other milestones to measure value, identify areas of improvement, and effectively track segmentation strategies against objectives.Lead LifeNet Health Value Analysis teams for shifts to new supplies and suppliers, as well as approvals in support of constant improvement.Build diversity into the supplier base, aligning to LNH's overall diversity goals. Monitor and ensure Small Business (SB) Spend Compliance in accordance with government contracts. Redirects spend towards existing or new SB suppliers to meet government contractual goals.Collaborate with Quality Engineering and management of the critical supplier FMEA and development and maintenance of the supplier audit process.Purchasing Department representative for Audits.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field required. MBA or Master's in Supply Chain preferred. CPSM Certification from the Institute of Supply Management. Obtained within two (2) years in position.Five (5) years' experience in Supply Chain Management. Three (3) years Operating in FDA/ISO or other relevant, highly regulated environment required. Three (3) years leading project teams: able to organize member roles, preparation, and execution/tracking preferred.

Supplier Relationship Management: In-depth knowledge of modern SRM principles and best practices.Supplier negotiations: Ability to develop and support negotiationsTime Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls. Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, implement and monitor assignments effectively to meet the needs of the business Computer Skills: Proficient in business driven software to include Microsoft Office Suite.Decision Making: Must be able to make independent decisions to meet the needs of the business.
