How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
As the Client Services Representative you will answer orders or product inquiries, general billing questions, procedures, policies and available services. Serve as liaison for Marketing and Sales to our LifeNet Health, SWAI and international customers. Provide exemplary service support for all calls and orders received in Client Services. Receive and process orders for allograft tissue. Provide professional and courteous customer service and technical support to clients and potential clients striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because it is responsible for taking orders for our lifesaving and health restoring allografts for patients both in the United States and around the globe.
What you'll do:
Receive and accurately process all orders for allograft tissue. Provide customer support to all internal and external clients in relation to their accounts and orders. Authorize and coordinate tissue returns. Handle and resolve problems or situations effectively and document customer complaints. Provide customer support to implanting physicians, hospital professionals and recipients. Interact with the accounting department regarding client billing inquiries. Maintain a current working knowledge of tissue banking principles as well as LifeNet Health's & SWAI
partners and products.
What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
High School or GED1 year Customer service experience dealing with customers in a call center department , customer service department or an allied health organization
These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):
Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to relay relevant information either by verbal or written expression
