Our team, supporting The United States Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) in Camp Smith, HI has an immediate need for a Project Manager with demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and coordinating a cross-functional team's activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. Primary responsibilities include:
• Provide support and oversee the successful completion and management of projects in the IE Div for all cyber operations and associated sections
• Assist in planning and coordinating a cross-functional team's activities to manage and implement project and/or interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage
• Identify and assemble the appropriate blend of resources to meet project/program needs and requirements, including sub-contractor selection
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to multiple projects/programs concurrently
• Lead the project/program team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans
• Coach and counsel members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project/program goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues
• Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key program criteria
• Facilitate the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders
• Advise senior management on project management capability and risk
• Maintain awareness on emerging technologies and project/program management techniques
Job Requirements
• Five to nine (5-9) years of project management experience
