LMI is seeking a skilled Program Analyst (Data Analysis & Management) to support a client in the Washington, D.C. area. This position requires an Active Secret Clearance. Provide, maintain, and curate a library of purpose built and commercial off-the-shelf engineering and data analysis tools, including appropriate documentation, to support detailed data analysis. Develop a data management strategy including processes, standards, templates, and reference libraries. Develop and maintain a data management and archival system (based on off-the-shelf tools and applications that supports efficient data retrieval, analysis, and report generation) that systematically identifies, stores, and maintains technical data, assessment findings and recommendations, and artifacts. Train all support staff members and ensure they adhere to processes and standards. Coordinate with the Joint Service Provider to implement the proposed data archival system.
Mandatory: Ten (10) or more years of data analysis and management experience. Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or other applicable technical or analytical discipline. Experience supporting technical, managerial, or operational fields
Mature judgement required to interface with external stakeholders and senior government personnel.
Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Experience synthesizing vast amounts of complex technical data into management level information.
Experience preparing presentations and other visualization forms to communicate results and artifacts to varied audiences.
Experience developing and administering integrated data environments including cloud based storage approaches.
Active Secret Clearance.Preferred: Master's Degree in a scientific, engineering, or other applicable technical or analytical discipline. Experience interfacing with Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs and analytic results.
