ARServices is seeking a full-time, highly motivated and ambitious Program Assistant to join our corporate headquarters in Alexandria, VA. In this position you will learn from the best as you support a variety of departments and senior managers, including operations, human resources and talent acquisition. This important position will have a significant impact on the continued growth and success of ARServices.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take detailed meeting minutesCreate, maintain and file personnel foldersPerform audits on personnel files and I-9 filesHandle administrative requests from various departments and senior managers, including operations, human resources, talent acquisition and business developmentWork with talent acquisition team to organize data and resumes and to schedule interviewsPrepare onboarding materials such as welcome folders and swag bagsDraft communications and upload to SharePoint siteCoordinate and support business operations such as budget development, monthly review meetings, and opportunities databasesMonitor and create content for the company's social media pages, including developing graphicsProvide proposal support to the Business Development teamProvide marketing and business intelligence support
At least 1-3 years of experience in a corporate office environment, experience supporting a federal contracting firm a plusTeam player, willingness to take on tasks in any area of needA Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePointExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasksAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writingAttention to detail and good problem-solving skillsInitiative, curiosity, and desire to learn and grow in government contracting
