Current Need
We are seeking a Contract Incentive Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL.


Position Description
The Product Strategy and Supplier Partnership Contract Incentive Analyst will be responsible for assuring the achievement of supply chain performance measurements as outlined in supplier contracts. This person will extract data from McKesson systems and organize extracted data into meaningful tracking reports. This person will develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly processes to proactively assure we are achieving the required measurements to maximize financial return. This person must be technically savvy, with the ability to create tools, and have a general understanding of the supply chain. Collaboration with Materials Management, Information Technology, Product Strategy and Supplier Partnerships is required to be successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and identify contracts with performance measurement metrics included.
Build tools that gather the necessary information to track McKesson performance to these key metrics across many contracts.
Build scorecards to understand, communicate, monitor, and intervene, where necessary, to assure the financial metrics are achieved and maximized.
Investigate events that impact our numbers and file disputes with the manufacturer, where necessary, to achieve the incentives.
Assist with process improvements by identifying, planning, and implementing recommended activities to maximize financial return.
Become knowledge expert on understanding the functional interpretation of the relevant EDI data and support inquiries from our manufacturers.
Prioritize work efforts to focus on highest value-added activities.
Assist with various initiatives, where necessary, to support the business.

Minimum Requirements
2+ years relevant experience


Critical Skills

Experience building SQL queries to obtain information from data tables. This could be programming language or visual tools such as Microsoft Access or Toad.
Experience integrating various sources of information to build a model that tracks key performance metrics on the appropriate frequency.
The ability to understand data and link to the supply chain activity it represents.
Experience collaborating with various functional teams and establish processes that build the foundation for success.
Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical skills.
Additional Skills

Knowledge of supply chain purchasing, and inventory management practices is preferred.
Previous experience in inventory management and purchasing is preferred.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Education
4-year degree or equivalent experience
