Description:Time to "Link" your skills with Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, Alabama!

In this dynamic TDL-J/Link-16 Compliance Tester role, you will engage in:

- Collaboration as part of an integrated team: planning, designing, analyzing, and testing C2BMC TDL-J and JREAPC implementation

- Interfacing with the Engineering Support and Mission Apps team stakeholders, including Track Reporting and Battle Manager software developers, as well as Missile Defense Agency counterparts

- Test Planning, Test coordination, Test execution, and data message behavior analysis to confirm compliance to 6016 and 3011C standards required

NOTE: OCONUS travel may be required occasionally
Basic Qualifications:
*Must currently have a DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position*

- Considered an expert, authority in TDL-J

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

Required Technical Skills:

- Significant experience with TDL-J / Link-16 and JREAP message protocols, as defined by MIL-STD-6016 and MIL-STD-3011C

- Abundant experience in analysis and testing of Link 16 protocols

- Must possess experience in end to end testing, and be able to assess message and behavior compliance to 6016 and to 3011C standards

- Must understand systems engineering, systems design and development with good experience and expertise in systems-of-systems definition and integration

- A proven track record of successfully testing a Link 16 system, or Link 16 related software

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings

Desired Skills:
- Experience in Ballistic Missile defense systems is highly desired.

- Ability to analyze high level needs and through a structured and logical approach refine the need into an integrated set of requirements that leads to a fielded product

- Ability to lead portions of the activity and direct the activities of fellow engineers

- Able to write and implement engineering plans within a project

Previous experience should demonstrate the technical skills and position responsibilities cited here
