Plans, designs, and enforces security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files, and data elements. Identifies potential areas where existing data security policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion. Provides risk assessments and security briefings to management and advises them of critical issues that may affect customer or corporate security objectives. Evaluates and recommends security products, services, and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Maintains and installs security systems for any manual or automated systems. Responsible for ensuring the protection of corporate data against unauthorized disclosure, accidental or intentional loss of data, or unauthorized modification.
Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts, and principles. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgement or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. May make presentations to small groups.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team member will be responsible for identity lifecycle management of all internal and external users requiring access to the company's assets. The IAM team member will assist in safeguard the company's assets, intellectual property, and information systems in support of the company's business objectives. The Privileged Account Management (PAM) team member will be responsible for Safe Maintenance and Privileged Account identity lifecycle management of all internal and external elevated users requiring access to the company's assets. The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) team member will be responsible for lifecycle management and upgrades to Intercede/MyID and YubiKey deployments of all internal and external users requiring access to the company's assets.
Candidate must have the ability to gain at a minimum a confidential Level clearance. The candidate would be expected to submit for a secret level clearance after employment.
Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience. Masters Degree and 1 year of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree.
Demonstrate experience in Microsoft OS (Win 7/10), Unix/Linux, Mainframe, SAP, GRC, SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Centrify, Intercede/MyID, HP Service Manager, and SharePoint Microsoft Active Directory 2008, 2012, and Azure administration to include environments with multiple forests Demonstrate knowledge of application account administration and troubleshooting of access issues in applications/systems. Hands on experience in scripting (PowerShell) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Should demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Demonstrate experience in Access Control and Administration Demonstrate organizational skills with respect to time management and work production Strong problem solving and analysis skills Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (i.e. Certificates, Tokens, Smartcards)
Fulfilling user access requests and resolving incident tickets within agreed upon SLAs Supporting Identity & Access Management audit activities Working across cross teams and effectively deliver IAM services across business lines Identify or diagnose failed permissions and access levels Communicating with customers, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels Supporting and administering enterprise access, including knowledge of user identity provisioning and access management. Multi-tasking to include the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly Adheres to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
