LMI is a looking for a Security Management Lead (SME) to support an Intelligence Community client. This position will be located in the Washington DC area.

Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to incorporate strong security controls Apply security best practices in development life cycle, and mitigate security vulnerabilities Develop and drive the implementation of a security architecture that supports Engineering's goals and deliverables, through strategy, design, requirements, and code Serve as an architecture security expert in Web and Mobile Application Security, helping product teams comply with enterprise and IS/IT security policies, industry regulations and best practices Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements following a risk-based approach Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security Provide support for facilitating and helping the agency identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs,
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph 7 years of experience preforming the duties and responsibilities Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Management or Related Field (Experience may substitute for educational requirement) Experience facilitating Risk Management & exception processes Previous experience as an enterprise architect is required Familiarity of other architect modeling techniques and tools Ability to balance business requirements with IT objectives, provide technical leadership, & define & manage backlog at a domain level. Strong collaboration skills, able to manage & navigate differing perspectives, & have an ability to drive projects and initiatives to successful closure. Experience in developing and aligning solutions to published roadmaps. Thorough understanding of architecture patterns, frameworks and applying them in building IT strategies & domain level backlog. Knowledge and experience with DevOps principles, practices, tools and implementation. Experience providing enterprise-level IT and technology architecture support in a federal environment across a complex IT architectural portfolio Experience with strategic development, creation and delivery of enterprise architecture products Knowledge base & experience in designing & building secure solutions that align to the company's enterprise security & risk posture. Ability to provide quantitative risk assessments & able to communicate with senior executives (VP, SVP). Senior level security related certification (e.g., CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional))Desired Qualifications:
Senior level EA certification (e.g., Enterprise Architecture Certification (CEA), Associate Certified Enterprise Architect (ACEA)) Experience establishing enterprise functional and technical architecture design patterns and technical reference architecture and providing subject matter expertise to implement governance of that framework in the federal space. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose, write and edit a variety of general business correspondence, management reports, technical presentations, training material, proposals and position papers. Must be comfortable interacting with key leadership, be articulate, and be proactive. Active Secret or Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is highly desirable Master's degree
