PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as Project Manager for the JI-FRAI QRT project designed to develop and provide recommendations for repeatable 5G Radar Altimeter Interference Combined Test procedures and operational test capabilities to assess and reduce 5G operational flight safety risks to national defense and homeland security (fixed and rotary wing) during critical phases of flightAdvise and assist the JI-FRAI Test Director and lead the contract team in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the JI-FRAI task order contract awardOversee the Task Order (TO) Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), development of the project plan, test planning, test reports, conduct of the Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), Field Test events, test analysis and evaluations, test product transitions, and final out briefings of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadershipResponsible for the management of a diverse team consisting of test planners and subject matter analysts and include project team labor and travel budget IAW FARs and contract budgetary limits, as well as oversight of SRC and SubK teammate invoicing, as requiredCoordinates with the JI-FRAI COR on a weekly basis

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least five (5) years' Project Management experience Must have at least three (3) years' experience serving on joint test and/or quick reaction test projects or similar test and evaluation experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills leading a team of diverse subject matter experts Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsCandidate must possess a current SECRET clearance

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Project Management experiencePrior experience in JT&E test projectsPrior experience leading QRTs
