Manage professional level requisitions for cleared and non-cleared personnel Assist with building talent pipelines Support all aspects of the recruiting process as needed (job announcements, candidate screening, interview process, recruiting databases, website & job board postings, job fairs, social media recruitment and reference checks) Compile data, analyze recruiting metrics and use them to make recommendations Update and maintain employee records, including employee files Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding Complete exit interviews and out-process employees Contribute to the development of Talent Acquisition department goals, objectives, and systems Manage ARServices' Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) and Virginia Values Veterans (V3) participation and reporting Manage relationships with military transition assistance offices Manage company promotional items Participate in ARServices' Veterans Resource Group Develop and manage internal and external communications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, general HR experience a plus High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint Ability and desire to capably recruit varying levels of staff for cleared contracts Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of goals Ability to obtain a secret clearance
PHR and/or SHRM-CP Experience in the federal govcon industry Experience with HR and recruiting software, including LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems
