Overview
The incumbent will support the talent acquisition process for recruiting, processing, and onboarding applicants. Golden Key Group staff will also provide staffing and HR Operations consultative support in the design and implementation of the technical solution and operations program that will support Department of Commerce (DOC) Enterprise Services (ES) in delivery of Talent Acquisition services across the department. Staff will participate in client and team meetings as requested. The partner will provide support, develop work products, and develop other materials as requested in support of DOC Talent Acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities
Leverages staffing and HR Operations expertise to research federal HR policy, analyze issues, and develop recommendations. Develop business processes, activities, and tasks with detail. Creates desktop procedures, job aids, and reviews training materials. Works with client personnel, ranging from HR professionals to program staff, to understand operational processes, drive innovation, process improvements, and compliance into the operational processes. Uses various data elements and reports to forecast staffing workloads and support development of staffing plans.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in staff acquisition and recruitment, employee hiring management, and performing staffing analysis The Staffing roles must have current or prior DEU Certification In-depth working knowledge of federal hiring requirements and best practices Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 5+ years communicating complex topics related to staffing to senior federal personnel (GS-13 and up) Proven ability to solve complex issues problems and achieve effective, timely solutions Microsoft excel Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communications skills
