Overview
Supervise, coach and mentor contract recruiters within an assigned region, ensuring that contract deliverables and performance metrics are being met. Responsible for accessing quality applicants into the ARNG. Please note that this position is for a Future Vacancy.
Responsibilities
Supervise teams of CRs, interpret directives and policies for subordinates, and take corrective actions to ensure accomplishment of Strength Maintenance (SM) retention and recruitment objectives. Establish performance standards, monitor and evaluate assigned CRs overall effectiveness (e.g. their presentations and briefings, sales interviews and techniques, enlistments, waiver request submissions, ARISS/AIE use, etc) Assist underperforming CRs by evaluating presentations, market research analytics, sales techniques, and strategies. Work with ARNG NCOICs and unit leaders to ensure accessions are executed by CRs IAW ARNG regulations and guidance.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a Senior or Master Recruiting Badge Applicants must be a graduate of the Army Recruiting School, as well as the ARNG Recruiting and Retention NCO course Applicants must have experience leading teams of recruiters. 3-years experience as an ARNG Recruiting NCOIC (MSG) preferred Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check (NACI) background investigation.Travel % and/or Unique Job Requirements:
