Overview
The Senior HRIT solutions architect will provide business and technical architectural guidance on new business pursuits including complex HRIT modernization program initiatives for National Intelligence Community customers. Responsibilities include leading evaluation, design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Cloud/Software as a Service (SaaS) and Commercial off the shelf (COTS) Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) applications to address customer modernization needs.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and propose current and emerging COTS/Cloud SaaS HRIT and Business Intelligence, Analytics applications and technology platforms that offer a best fit for customer requirements. Recommend and enforce application software lifecycle management best practices and strategies including Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL resulting in highly collaborative, efficient, and quality development, deployment, and sustainment processes. Define best of breed, hybrid cloud technical solution design, architecture, and implementation approach based on customer identified requirements. Manage the successful technical implementation, deployment, sustainment, and integration of modern, integrated, high performance HRIT solutions. Lead preparation and coordinate technical presentations, HRIT product demonstrations, technical whitepapers, and HRIT product solution briefings. Guide development of HRIT application technology solution diagrams, process flows, coordinate integration across GKG employees, customer stakeholders, and GKG service and solutions partners. Create a standards-based, information architecture solution that will encompass web-services, SOA, API's, and data integration industry standards. Adhere to security, performance, technical compliance, and enterprise data and architectural standards such as FedRAMP certification, DODAF, BEA, and the Human Capital Business Reference Model (HC BRM) Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into comprehensive technical solutions leveraging COTS and Cloud/SaaS software components. Develop and deploy performance tuning, security, content/storage, and back-up/recovery strategies that will result in consistent, reliable application solution offering across multiple locations Optimize HRIT solution performance for efficient, effective, distributed use within the customer environment Identify key technical solution performance risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize risk impact. Expert knowledge of COTS/Cloud (SaaS) HRIT applications technology marketplace capabilities, including a good understanding of product benefits, strengths, and weaknesses. Develop an effective, consistent, standards-based user experience for COTS/Cloud (SaaS) HRIT application solution components Work in collaboration with GKG employees, customer, and partner resources to deliver best in class application solutions and technology offerings that meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer-related field Top Secret Clearance with SCI FS required 10+ years of relevant experience in design, configuration, integration, and deployment of large enterprise Human Resource and Human Capital Management applications, architectures, information management, and analytics solutions Experience with large, complex HRIT integration programs for Federal Market Customers. Some experience working within DoD/IC customer environments desired CISSP and other security certifications are highly desired PMP, ITIL, and SAFe/Agile certifications are preferred Cloud/SaaS/PaaS certifications preferred Minimum of one Cloud/SaaS HRIT implementation within a FedRAMP authorized environment US Citizenship is Required
