Job Description:

Key Role:

Coordinate staffing actions with the directorates, special staff, and executive aides, as appropriate, across all network domains in a timely and effective manner, including ensuring that all pertinent staff members are apprised of information. Manage status of all staffing actions to ensure the Command meets suspenses of leadership and higher headquarters. Leverage administrative and communication expertise to review, edit, and coordinate travel and other administrative materials for the command, including Command publications, Star Notes, and staffing packages. Coordinate key correspondence for Command leadership, including the commander, deputy commander, executive director, chief of staff, and Command Senior Enlisted Leader, as required. Initiate action to provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties. Ensure mail for Command flows from mail room to front office and directorate boxes as appropriate. Coordinate, plan, and obtain space and necessary materials and equipment.

Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with office administration
-Experience with coordinating and editing publications and instructions
-Experience working with senior-level military staff
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
