Overview
Capstone is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in support of Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC), located in Millington, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
Performs Video Teleconference (VTC) capabilities as well as NMCI Operations via the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET). Provides customer service support to flag officer staff and senior officers. Troubleshoots problems such as joining, conducting, and participating in phone conference and VTC meetings. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves hardware problems such as installing cable systems, connecting, and integrating technology devices, equipment and system testing, user documentation and training. Performs system integrity and connectivity tests to ensure system availability. Maintains a daily schedule for VTC and telephone meetings. Utilizes Microsoft Outlook. Performs system administrative duties within Salesforce or SharePoint. Provides support for the research, analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and deployment of network modifications. Ensures scheduled preventive maintenance is performed in compliance with equipment technical manuals and manufacturer's specifications and dependent on individual task orders. Performs and maintains equipment inventory, track, and analyze maintenance service requirements and develop a maintenance plan that incorporates cost, schedule, risk, and performance requirements. Communicates with cross-functional teams to engineer cost-effective, architecturally compatible solutions to meet training mission goals and objectives.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum education and experience:
High School Degree. Three (3) years of related experience in IT operational support (such as electronic documentation, system administration, network administration, or database administration).Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of Video Teleconference (VTC) technology and equipment. Experience with the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET). Skilled in providing customer service by troubleshooting customer issues and answering questions. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office products.Clearance:
DOD Secret clearance.
