Overview
Capstone is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support the Navy's MPTE TSS as a member of the Naval Education Training Command (NETC) IT Support team. This position supports the Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) and is located in Great Lakes, Illinois.

Responsibilities
Assists ACTR and Technical Support Specialists as required. Performs seat and/or technical refresh services. Submits applicable trouble tickets and provides remediation. Maintains inventory of NRTC training assets (desktop and laptop computers, printers and other IT peripherals). Issues IT assets to Navy trainees.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum education and experience:
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years of experience related to Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, and/or Database Administration.
Minimum qualifications:
Electronic Documentation and inventory. Functional expertise with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Project. Able to lift 25lbs, climb stairs, stoop under equipment or desks, and walk across campus.Certification:
IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC or SSCP).Clearance:
Interim DOD Secret Clearance.#LI-CAP
