Job Title: Service Desk Specialist - (246)

CoSolutions, Inc. is looking to hire a Service Desk Specialist to support Department of State, Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR).
Responsibilities:
Provides first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems. Includes both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requests Provides polite and friendly customer service Attempts to resolve as many incidents during the first contact, or at Tier I. Efficiently escalates incidents to higher Tier II or Tier III when required Documents incident status and solutions in incident database tools. Possesses current working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common windows applications Works through various types Tier II issues with telephone assist Provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions or solutions to common problems as part of a customer self help capability

Requirements
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret / SCI
Education: Associates degree or higher in IT or related field of study.
Certifications: DoDD-8570 IAT Level 1 (A+, CCNA-Security, Network+, or SSCP)
Experience: Six (6) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations.
SolarWinds HelpDesk and Microsoft Office 2010/2016 required.
Customer Service experience required.
Desired Skills:
Purifile experience. Help Desk Institute (HDI) Service Center Analyst (SCA) or similar certification highly desired.
Work Hours: May be scheduled between 0600 and 1800 (early and late day shifts) based on staffing requirements and desires.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to walk to various locations as needed.
Ability to bend and navigate to perform assigned duties.
Ability to travel by all forms of transportation Ability to lift light to moderate equipment as needed for job.
