Job Title: Used & Refurbished Equipment Manager

Plans, organizes, and controls the refurbishment and sales of used equipment optimizing profit and meeting marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinates/Manages the day-to-day progress of product refurbishment.
• Responsible for forecasting used equipment sales.
• Drives used and refurbished equipment sales through the Hiab US direct sales teams and directly to customers and wholesale buyers/auctions.
• Manages, plans, and executes marketing efforts specific to used equipment, including the Hiab USA used equipment website.
• Manages all aspects related to the quality of the operations.
• Manages used equipment inventory.
• Manages and values trade-in equipment and direct purchases of used equipment.
• Ensures that all safety procedures/policies are followed throughout the production facility
• Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, and operations to ensure prompt responses to customer needs
• Ensures quality installations are performed to meet or exceed projected delivery dates
• Know, understand and comply with Hiab USA, Inc.'s Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
• Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
• Perform all other duties as required by Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Accountabilities:
• Used equipment sales and operations.

What you'll need to succeed:

Education:
• Degree Preferred in related field

Working experience:
• 3-5 years in similar heavy equipment field

Competence and skills:
• Ability to perform a technical and economic assessment and review for purpose of used equipment sales
• Ability to understand costs associated with refurb operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google email and SAP
• Good communication skills both oral and written
