Overview:
G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking an experienced Multimedia Specialist to support a program with our government customer. The positions will be based in Washington, DC. The Multimedia Specialist will collaborate with clients to develop multimedia plans for a variety of events to be held at diverse venues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, research and acquire services for multimedia logistics, development of visual aids, execution, and facilitation of multimedia platforms during events to support a variety of stakeholder engagements.

Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinates and meets with clients to gather initial scope and specifications of event including multimedia requirements and logistical needs. Collaborates with clients to develop visual aids, information packets, workbooks, and other promotional and/or registration materials.Reserves necessary equipment, which may include audio/visual equipment, exhibit space, and other items per the client's instructions.Researches and acquires collaboration/videoconferencing platforms and Apps and provides recommendations and cost estimates to clients. Develops, operates, and maintains selected collaboration/videoconferencing platforms and Apps prior to and during events. Maintains recordings/data from event platforms and Apps. Participates in setup and take down of event venue. Provides on-site multimedia support during events to provide services or resolve problems.Assist in authoring deliverables and after-action reports. Performs other related duties and tasks as assigned. Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient with Adobe Systems.Proficient with collaboration and videoconference platforms and Apps such as WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask.Ability to respond to issues and clients with a calm, courteous, and helpful manner and attitude.Knowledge of Section 508 compliance. Must be able to travel. There will be approximately (4) 4-day trips outside of the DC metropolitan area.Desired Skills:
